To practice half locust pose B, the yogi lies on the stomach with the chin resting on the mat, the legs extended behind and the arms extended forward, palms on the ground. The chin then lifts off the ground, while one leg and the opposite arm are lifted as high as they can while still remaining straight. The pose is then repeated on the opposite side.
